Our approved BETA testers will be invited to participate in open discussions on our forum pages, and the information and solutions learned from them will be distilled into FAQ’s on this page.

1. Who can register for InTouch?
This service is available to Publishers, Advertisers and Agencies.

2. Can I use an online bill for GST/VAT or accounting purposes?
Printing a copy of your online InPage bill will enable you to claim GST/VAT or use it for accounting purposes.

3. Can I get help offline if I have trouble with InTouch?
You can call our Customer Services Centre if you have any problems accessing InTouch.

4. Can I get help online if I have trouble with InTouch?
You are welcome to ask us questions at any time of the day or night. If we cannot answer your query through our online help facilities then please contact us directly.

5. What if I have a problem with my account? Who do I contact?
If you have any questions about your account then please contact our Customer Services Centre. Alternatively you can use our LiveHelp facility and a Customer Service Representative will assist you.

6. Can anyone else access my account information?
Your right to privacy is very important to us. Your information can only be viewed online via a secure connection protected by your user name and password.

7. How secure is InTouch?
All information gathered when you register for InTouch is intended for our use only and is collected via a secure connection. We take the security of all your information very seriously.

8. What information will I need before I register online?
You will need the following information:

Individuals

• ID/Passport Number
• Phone and Fax Number
• Who are you signing up as: Advertiser, Agency or Publisher
• Postal and Physical Address

Companies/Associations

• Company Registration Number
• VAT Registration Number
• Phone and Fax Number
• Who are you signing up as: Advertiser, Agency or Publisher
• Postal and Physical Address

9. Are there any charges associated with InTouch?
No. InTouch is a free service that is an integral part of the InPage solution.

10. Do I have to register separately for each Internet site?
Publishers
No. You only need to register once if all your Internet sites belong to you. Just register using your details and ensure they are the same as the site owners. To add more Internet sites, you can complete an online form. Simply log in to InTouch, go to xxxxxx and submit the "add an account" form. Remember you must be the owner of the Internet site. You will not be permitted to add an Internet site that does not belong to you unless you have written permission from the legal owner.
Advertisers
No. You only need to register once if all you are an Advertiser. Just register using your details. If you would like to add Private Network Internet sites, you will need to attain an activation key from the Publisher, you can complete an online form to add additional sites. Simply log in to InTouch, go to xxxxxx and submit the "add an account" form.
Agency
No. You only need to register once if you are an Agency. Just register using your details. If you would like to add Private Network Internet sites, you will need to attain an activation key from the Publisher, you can complete an online form to get them added. Simply log in to InTouch, go to xxxxxx and submit the "add an account" form. To publish ads on behalf of an Advertiser you will require written authorization from the Advertiser as well as an activation key.

11. What can I do if I have forgotten my sign-in name or password?
If you have forgotten your username or password then please view our sign-in hints which may help you remember.
